This single-storey cottage has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed front lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Grove Bank Cottage is a wonderful base for your self-catering holiday.

Electric Baby Belling cooker with oven and 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with covered veranda, patio, furniture and covered BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.25 miles, pub/brewery 8 mins walk. Note: This property is close to the A49, some road noise may be heard. Note: Max 2 adults and children up to 12 only on sofa bed. |
